Payment Terms

These Payment Terms govern all transactions and billing arrangements between you and Molvrik in connection with access to our educational platform and related services available at molvrik.com. By completing a purchase or enrolling in any paid service, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

Molvrik accepts payment through the methods made available at checkout at the time of your purchase. Accepted methods may include major credit and debit cards, digital wallets, and other electronic payment instruments as indicated on the payment page. All payment information is processed through secure third-party payment processors. Molvrik does not store your full payment credentials on its own servers.

2. Pricing and Currency

All prices displayed on the platform are shown in the currency indicated at the point of sale. Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice, provided that any change will not affect purchases already completed. The final price applicable to your order is the price shown at the time you confirm your purchase. You are responsible for any currency conversion fees or charges applied by your bank or payment provider.

3. Billing Cycles

3.1 One-Time Payments

Certain services, courses, or session packages are offered as one-time purchases. Payment is collected in full at the time of purchase, and access is granted upon successful payment confirmation.

3.2 Recurring Subscriptions

Where subscription-based access is offered, your payment method will be charged automatically at the start of each billing period. The billing cycle length will be clearly stated prior to purchase. By subscribing, you authorize Molvrik to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until the subscription is cancelled.

3.3 Prepaid Session Packages

Session packages are billed in full at the time of purchase. Individual sessions within a package must be used within any validity period specified at the time of purchase. Unused sessions that expire are not refundable unless otherwise stated in the refund provisions below.

4. Taxes and Additional Charges

Prices may or may not include applicable taxes depending on your location and the nature of the service. Where taxes are applicable, they will be shown separately during the checkout process before you confirm payment. You are solely responsible for any taxes, levies, or duties imposed by your local authorities in connection with your purchase.

5. Failed and Declined Payments

If a payment is declined or fails to process, access to the relevant service may be suspended or withheld until payment is successfully completed. Molvrik reserves the right to retry a failed payment using the payment method on file. It is your responsibility to ensure your payment details are accurate and up to date. Persistent payment failures may result in cancellation of your subscription or booking.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

6.1 General Refund Policy

Refund eligibility depends on the type of service purchased. Requests for refunds must be submitted to Molvrik at help@molvrik.com within the applicable window stated at the time of purchase. Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

6.2 Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a paid billing cycle unless otherwise required by applicable law.

6.3 Session and Course Cancellations

If Molvrik cancels a scheduled session or discontinues a course, affected users will receive a credit or refund for the unused portion of their purchase. If you cancel a booked session, the applicable cancellation policy communicated at the time of booking will apply.

6.4 Non-Refundable Items

Completed sessions, downloaded materials, and fully consumed services are not eligible for refunds. Promotional purchases and discounted packages may carry additional non-refundable conditions disclosed at the time of purchase.

7. Disputes and Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact Molvrik at help@molvrik.com before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. Molvrik will make reasonable efforts to resolve billing disputes promptly. Initiating an unjustified chargeback may result in suspension of your account and recovery of associated costs.

8. Promotional Offers and Discounts

Promotional pricing, discount codes, and special offers are subject to their own terms and validity periods. Unless explicitly stated, promotions cannot be combined with other offers and are not retroactively applied to past purchases. Molvrik reserves the right to modify or withdraw promotional offers at any time.

9. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all purchases made through your Molvrik account. If you suspect unauthorized use of your account or payment method, you must notify Molvrik immediately at help@molvrik.com. Molvrik is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to maintain appropriate account security.

10. Changes to Payment Terms

Molvrik reserves the right to update these Payment Terms at any time. The date of the most recent revision is shown at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform or completion of a purchase after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or via email where reasonably practicable.
