These terms apply to all users, including learners, instructors, and visitors. Your continued use of the platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of any updates to these terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use this platform independently. Users under the age of 16 may access the platform only with verifiable consent from a parent or legal guardian. By using Molvrik, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements. The platform reserves the right to request verification at any time.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account details up to date.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. You must notify Molvrik immediately at help@molvrik.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3.3 One Account Per User

Each user may maintain only one active account. Creating duplicate accounts to circumvent restrictions or gain unfair access is prohibited and may result in immediate suspension.

4. Platform Services

4.1 Description of Services

Molvrik provides an online educational environment offering group and individual learning sessions focused on Spanish grammar, personalized learning paths, and live interaction with instructors. Services are delivered digitally and may include live sessions, recorded materials, interactive exercises, and feedback tools.

4.2 Service Availability

Molvrik does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. Molvrik will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime in advance.

4.3 Service Modifications

Molvrik reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or aspect of the platform at any time. Such changes will not entitle users to compensation unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

Impersonating any person or entity, or misrepresenting your affiliation with any individual or organization
Uploading, transmitting, or distributing any content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the platform or its infrastructure
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform, its servers, or related systems
Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform
Sharing your account credentials or allowing third parties to access the platform through your account
Reproducing, redistributing, or reselling any platform content without express written permission
Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the learning experience of other users

6. Intellectual Property

All content available on the Molvrik platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, video, audio, course materials, software, and design elements, is owned by or licensed to Molvrik and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these terms grants you ownership of any platform content.

6.2 Limited License

Molvrik grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use platform content solely for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes. This license does not permit reproduction, public display, distribution, or creation of derivative works without prior written consent.

6.3 User-Submitted Content

If you submit, upload, or share any content on the platform, you grant Molvrik a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and process that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the platform. You retain ownership of content you create and are solely responsible for ensuring it does not infringe third-party rights.

7. Payments and Subscriptions

7.1 Fees

Certain services on the Molvrik platform require payment. All applicable fees will be clearly presented before you complete a purchase. By completing a transaction, you authorize Molvrik to charge the indicated amount using your selected payment method.

7.2 Billing

Subscription plans are billed on a recurring basis according to the selected billing cycle. You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information remains accurate and current. Failed payments may result in temporary suspension of access.

7.3 Refunds

Refund eligibility is determined by the specific terms associated with each service or plan at the time of purchase. General refund requests should be directed to help@molvrik.com. Molvrik reserves the right to grant or deny refunds at its reasonable discretion.

7.4 Price Changes

Molvrik may update pricing at any time. Existing subscribers will be notified of price changes before they take effect. Continued use of the service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

Your use of the Molvrik platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. Molvrik does not warrant that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Educational outcomes depend on individual effort, consistency, and other factors outside Molvrik's control, and no specific results are guaranteed.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Molvrik and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall Molvrik's total aggregate liability exceed the amount paid by you to Molvrik in the twelve months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Molvrik and its representatives from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the platform, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

13. Termination

13.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting Molvrik at help@molvrik.com or through account settings where available. Termination does not automatically entitle you to a refund of any prepaid fees.

13.2 Termination by Molvrik

Molvrik reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these terms, engage in conduct harmful to other users or the platform, or for any other reason Molvrik determines to be appropriate. Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately.

13.3 Survival

Sections concerning intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and any other provisions that by their nature should survive, will remain in effect after termination of your account.

14. Changes to These Terms

Molvrik may revise these Terms of Use from time to time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. For significant changes, Molvrik will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via email or an in-platform notice. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
